Is it possible to rent the villa for less than a week?

Normally the villas are rented for a full week (Saturday to Saturday). There are times, especially during the low season, when renting for less than a week will be an option.

Flexibility to check out the villa?

Tenants are asked to check out by 10 am to allow staff enough time to prepare the villa for the following tenants. Later times can be arranged if there are no bookings for that day.

Is it possible to pay by credit card?

Yes, we accept payment by Visa and Mastercard. If you wish to pay with another type of card, please consult one of our managers. No extra fees apply to any card payments.

Are linens included?

Yes, both the bedding and towels sets are included.

Who is responsible for maintenance of the villa?

Each of the villas has a Property Manager premises, a pool attendant and a gardener. Before arrival, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned and everything will be neat and tidy for the new tenants.

Is a deposit required?

A security deposit is required in order to protect the integrity of the property. The amount of the deposit varies from villa to villa. The security deposit must be paid 15 days before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded one week after departure if there are no damages to the property.

What if there is a malfunction during our stay or if problems arise?

If, during your stay, there is any damages or breakages, these must be reported immediately to the local Property Manager. Damages will be repaired ASAP and the cost of the repair will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of the repair is higher than the security deposit, the remaining amount must be paid within 7 days after check out. Please call us to report any problem or issue.

How to find the villa? Will anyone show us the area?

Once you confirm your reservation you will receive a property information package, which contains all the necessary information including the booking details ( Property Manager contact details, villa´s address and directions, GPS coordinates, etc)

How far ahead shall I book?

It depends on the villa and the dates. High season dates can sell out well in advance. We recommend at least four to six months in advance.

Do you offer any discounts longer stays?

We offer discounts for long term rentals (more than three weeks).

What is the time of entry and exit to the villas?

Tenants can check in between 4 pm and 8 pm and must leave the property before 10am. Maintinence is conducted between those hours.

What are the advantages of renting a villa versus staying in a hotel?

The main benefits you gain whilst renting a villa are privacy and security as well as space to relax and enjoy a well maintained and equipped property. It is also a good way to save money when traveling with family, friends or in large groups.
